Introduction:

This is a quick input/output test relay that provides an indication of the general condition and operation of the most common automotive relays.
The tester will check the correct operation of the relay contacts by connecting the car battery (11V -- 15V) to the relay coil. The tester will observe the PIN configuration, the closing and opening time of the contacts, the consistency of the relay during each test session, the tester will turn on the GREEN LED if everything passes during the test session, if not it will turn on the RED LED.

Introduction:

1. Connect the power cables to the car battery: black crocodile clip to the negative terminal, red crocodile clip to the positive terminal.
2. The tester turns on when the LED lights up in RED.
3. Check the relay before plugging it into the tester. If it is a 4-pin relay, select "4 pin" on the tester. If it is a 5-pin relay, select "5 pin" on the tester.
4. Connect the relay to one of the three receptacles.
5. Press the "TEST" button.
6. The tester will check the PIN configuration of the unknown relay. The tester will turn on the RED LED if the unknown relay is not the same for most
Of the common automotive relay, the PIN of the unknown relay is destroyed.
7. The tester will open and close the relay 10 times to test the closing and opening time of the contacts if the PIN configuration of the relay is correct. The tester will turn on the RED LED immediately if the time is extra.
8. The tester will check the consistency of the relay after testing the contact closing time and opening ten times. The tester will turn on the GREEN LED if it passes the test, if not it will turn on the RED LED.
9. Disconnect the power cables from the car battery and remove the relay from the tester.
